Merchant Taylors Hall York Wedding

Chloe and Rob got married at Merchant Taylors Hall in York, which is a beautiful 15th century medieval Hall steeped in over 600 years of history, set in the heart of the city next to the ancient walls.

The ceremony was an intimate affair held the smaller room in the hall. During the ceremony, as a snub to tradition, the bride and her Dad scooted down the aisle on customised scooters! It was so much fun, and the guests loved it! After the ceremony the couple treated their guests to a beautiful afternoon tea, followed by one of the best confetti tunnels I have ever photographed!

Merchant Taylors Hall is one of the loveliest places to have a wedding in York – it is perfect for couples who want a chilled out city wedding. There are so many beautiful spots around the city just a stones throw from the venue that are perfect for photos!
