A Wedding Filled With Love At Hebden Bridge Town Hall
Hebden Bridge Wedding Photographer
Sometimes an enquiry lands in my inbox that makes me realise just how much I love doing this job! This was one of those enquiries!
"Our theme is loosely based around Spanish baroque still life paintings - and the table decor, cake, outfits and musician are inspired by this - but then transitioning into a Studio54 style 70's disco later on!"
(I mean who wouldn't be excited reading that!)
Ben and Matt were married on a rainy November day in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Their ceremony took place in the Council Chamber at Hebden Bridge Town Hall, with the reception held at the Birchcliffe Centre, also in Hebden Bridge. They created still life inspired table decor using treasure they hunted down in charity shops alongside fruit, veg and flowers that guests could take home instead of favours. The entertainment was personal and amazing, with their creative friends providing the entertainment; from a baroque lute player to barbershop quartet, a Shamanic blessing and other friends getting up to perform songs. They also provided sketchbooks and pencils so their guests could get involved with live drawing. They finished off the evening with a disco that got everyone up and dancing, their first dance was to Sister Sledge’s We Are Family!
Thanks for having me Ben & Matt, what an amazing day!
